Bird Flu Persists in Indonesia
Indonesia leads the world in human deaths attributed to Avian Influenza. In a country where birds, especially chickens, are valued as much as companions as for their economic contribution, controlling the spread of the virus amongst birds, and between birds and humans, has proved to be a monumental challenge.
