At the External Panel Advisory Committee (EPAC) Meeting on August 22 in Bodega Bay, the Enhancing Child Nutrition through Animal Source Food Management (ENAM) Principal Investigator (PI) Grace Marquis of McGill University gave a graphic presentation on the development and preliminary results of the project. The slides, now available for download, feature two videos depicting the innovative outreach component of the project. The first video depicts a woman encouraging a child to eat a nutritional dish incorporating animal source foods. The second video features a skit in which one woman illustrates the benefits of sanitation and marketing in the sales of agricultural products.
