The GL-CRSP has released the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the 2008 Jim Ellis Mentorship Program for Graduate Students fellowship. The deadline for proposals is December 8, 2008.
General Information: These grants provide partial support of dissertation and thesis research in order to improve the overall quality of the student’s project, to allow candidates to conduct research in specialized facilities or field settings away from the home campus, and to provide opportunities for greater diversity in collecting and creativity in analyzing data than would otherwise be possible.
Eligibility: Graduate students currently participating in Global Livestock CRSP projects are eligible for awards. Students must be enrolled at a collaborating institution or sponsored by a participating organization. They do not need to be US citizens.
